In the second quarter of 2024, the top beauty retail apps in Germany exhibited varying trends in downloads and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these leading apps.

Douglas - Parfüm & Kosmetik saw a steady download rate throughout the quarter. The app peaked at around 22.9K downloads in the week of June 17. Weekly active users fluctuated slightly but remained strong, starting at approximately 131K in early April and closing at around 127K by the end of June.

SEPHORA - Maquillage, Parfum experienced a decline in downloads mid-quarter, reaching a low of about 7.9K in the week of May 20. However, there was a recovery towards the end, peaking at 13.2K downloads in the week of June 10. Weekly active users showed a slight decrease from 135K to 124K over the quarter.

flaconi had a variable download pattern, with notable peaks and troughs. Downloads reached a high of approximately 11.8K in early April and a low of around 5K in late May. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at around 163K and peaking at 188K in mid-June.
